Responsibilities
- Perform total store management responsibilities as required
- Manage, implement, and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Champion and support the culture and values of Stop & Shop
- Have a positive presence on the sales floor
- Create a welcoming and safe environment through exceptional interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and associates
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required, with some college education preferred
- Previous grocery retail management experience of 2 to 4 years is preferred
- Interpersonal, decision-making, delegation, leadership, and conflict management skills are essential
