Responsibilities

• Perform total store management responsibilities as required
• Manage, implement, and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Champion and support the culture and values of Stop & Shop
• Have a positive presence on the sales floor
• Create a welcoming and safe environment through exceptional interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and associates

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required, with some college education preferred
• Previous grocery retail management experience of 2-4 years is preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal, decision-making, delegation, leadership, and conflict management skills are necessary
