Responsibilities

• Manage store operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, vendors, and customers
• Oversee inventory management and stock levels
• Coordinate with other departments to meet store goals and objectives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
• Proven ability to manage a team effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
