About the role

Stop & Shop is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Store Managers. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop employees
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college education preferred

Pay
