About the role

Responsible for managing store operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and supporting team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Support team members in achieving store goals through coaching and mentoring.
• Manage store staff schedules and ensure coverage during shifts.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in store meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.
