About the role
The Night Crew-Clerk is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and assisting in store operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, handling returns, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Experience with inventory management systems a plus.
