About the role

Responsible for managing various aspects of the retail store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Oversee inventory levels and replenishment processes to maintain stock availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Handle customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage employee schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations or management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems.
