About the role

The Store Admin position at Stop & Shop is responsible for managing the store operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing support to the store management team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock rotation, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
• Support store management in planning and executing special events and promotions.
• Manage employee schedules and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and escalate issues to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare reports and maintain records as required by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
