About the role

This position is based at 141 Main St, Foxboro, MA, within the retail operations team supporting Ahold Delhaize USA’s local brands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop store teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising, inventory management, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment for customers and associates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in grocery or supermarket operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales, managing budgets, and controlling costs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that supports store operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
