About the role

PT Night Crew-Clerk - Grocery positions are available at Ahold Delhaize USA stores. This role involves supporting store operations, handling customer transactions, and ensuring smooth store operations during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations by assisting with inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Handle customer transactions, including cash and credit card payments, and process returns and exchanges.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling practices is beneficial.
