About the role

Join us in our mission to provide exceptional service and support to our customers and colleagues. This position is responsible for managing various aspects of the store to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal supply chain management.
• Ensure safety standards are met and promote a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Support the store manager in planning and executing special events and promotions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail operations or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
