About the role

Our meat wrappers at Stop & Shop select the best cuts for customers and help them find what they need. They also stock and maintain display cases and assist in packaging products.

Responsibilities

• Select and prepare meat products for customers
• Stock and maintain display cases
• Packaging products as needed
• Assist in other tasks as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a retail environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of food safety practices

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Customer service orientation

Skills

• Knowledge of meat selection and preparation
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
