Responsibilities

• Build pallets accurately according to pick tickets, ensuring that every order is fulfilled with precision.
• Meet department productivity standards while operating electric and manual pallet jacks to efficiently move products and pallets throughout our bustling warehouse.
• Assist fellow team members in picking, staging, loading, unloading, and rotating products, all while keeping our space organized and clean.
• Maintain a spotless warehouse by sweeping floors and wiping up spills, fostering an environment where customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Requirements

• Basic math skills for accurately counting products and ensuring that orders are built precisely according to specifications.
• Ability to read product labels and load sheets to manage inventory and optimize operations.
• Effective communication skills to direct your crew with clarity and ensure smooth workflow and teamwork.
• At least 18 years old to operate equipment like the baler, crusher, and electric pallet jack, promoting safety and efficiency in our warehouse environment.
