Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Implement employee personal development plans.
• Provide orientation, skills, and safety training.
• Evaluate and coach employees for continuous development.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible to work up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International Equivalent (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
