PT Housekeeping Aide

About the role

As a Housekeeping Aide, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. Your attention to detail and dedication will play an important role in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed.
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols.
• Properly handle and dispose of waste and soiled materials.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or long-term care setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable with a positive, resident-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
