About the role
The role is for temporary seasonal hires across all departments in the store.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and checkout
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety
- Support inventory management and restocking
- Participate in local sourcing initiatives
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail experience preferred
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn about local farming and sustainability practices
