PT Hairstylist/ Barber

As the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, we prioritize delivering the highest "effective wage" in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week, our staff averaged $31.26/hr, with no one earning less than $20/hr in total. Select salons offer a $300 signing bonus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on stylistic options for their hair.
• Listen to clients' needs to determine their preferences.
• Describe different hair care products and their benefits.
• Shampoo, cut, and style hair.

Requirements

• Valid barber or cosmetology license.
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset and a good eye for design.

Pay

Compensation includes base pay, product commissions, productivity bonuses, and tips.
