PT Hairstylist/Barber

We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country. Our salons offer a high-volume environment with a flexible schedule and an established customer base. We strive to provide the highest "effective wage" in the market, combining base wage, productivity, product commissions, and tips. Last week, the average effective wage for our staff was $31.26/hr, with no one earning less than $20/hr in total. Select salons offer a $300 signing bonus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on stylistic options for their hair
• Listen to clients' needs to determine their preferences
• Describe different hair care products and their benefits
• Shampoo, cut, and style hair

Requirements

• Valid barber or cosmetology license
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset and a good eye for design

Pay

Compensation includes base pay, product commissions, productivity bonuses, and tips.
