About the role
We are seeking a Part-time Furniture Outlet Warehouse Associate for our store in Holland, OH. Join our team and help us create a delightful place to shop for our customers. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining warehouse inventory.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, organize, and maintain inventory.
- Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and load customer orders into vehicles safely and promptly.
- Computer Use: Utilize the computer system to inquire about merchandise statistics and availability.
- Merchandise Handling: Receive, assemble, repair, and assist with pricing merchandise for the showroom. Move furniture set up units into the store showroom.
- Housekeeping: Perform housekeeping duties as needed in the facility.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma and relevant experience. Forklift experience is a plus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 80 pounds.

Pay
Expected offer approximately $17/hour. The actual salary will be based on factors such as relevant experience and skills. New hire increases up to $1.50 available in first year.
Schedule
Approximately 20 hours per week, weekends required. Some flexibility within store hours: Mon‑Sat 10 AM‑7 PM, Sun 12 PM‑6 PM.
