Pay
Compensation Range: $16.25 - $17.06 per hour. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location of the role.

Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations and act as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and warmth
- Support and train new front desk team members
- Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
- Manage daily tasks such as event sheet distribution, business center support, and maintaining the lobby
Requirements
- Customer service experience with strong people skills and patience
- Experience in hospitality or leadership (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use hotel systems confidently
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
