About the role

We are seeking a knowledgeable, experienced, and customer-focused Armorer to join the Mission94 Team. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to connect and build relationships with customers, and a passion for delivering an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, clean, lubricate, and test-fire firearms for safety, function, and reliability.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and replace worn or broken parts to factory specifications.
  • Maintain precise inventory logs for firearms and parts including required bound book/ATF compliance tracking and Armorer’s log where applicable.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance schedules for firearms.
  • Prepare operational status and inventory reports for the management team.
  • Provide parts and accessory installation.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or possession of a GED certificate.
  • Certifications: Sonoran Desert Institute or other nationally recognized armorer or gunsmith certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in firearm maintenance, repair, or armorer/gunsmith duties.
  • Strong understanding of firearms mechanics, firearm safety protocols, and state/federal regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Proficiency with specialized gunsmithing tools, trigger pull testers, punch sets, and alignment gauges.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy equipment or bulk ammunition (up to 50 lbs).

Schedule

Weekday and weekend availability – up to approximately 15-25 hours per week.
