Aventura at Walton Hills is seeking a part-time evening Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our community.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct calls with professionalism
- Greet residents, visitors, and vendors with a warm smile
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and entrance areas
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and mail distribution
- Ensure outgoing mail is handled accurately and on time
Requirements
- Long-term care experience
- Friendly, organized, and dependable team player
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience
