About the role

Home delivery Associates drive our e-commerce business by ensuring customers receive their online orders safely and on time. Drivers are evaluated on professionalism, friendliness, and punctuality, as well as basic math skills. Before starting, all drivers undergo a pre-placement screening process, including background checks, vehicle record reviews, and strength/endurance evaluations. Additional duties may be assigned based on store needs.
