PT Dishwasher - RISE Uptown Hotel Phoenix

Responsibilities

• Use established guidelines to correctively utilize and maintain the dish machine.
• Wash glasses and dishes in standard dish racks.
• Wash pots and pans only in the pot washer's designated area.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed to keep the kitchen neat and clean at all times, including sweeping up broken glass/dishes and mopping spills.
• Empty full and heavy trash cans, spray and sanitize them after each use, and place new trash bags in the container.
• Follow all MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) protocols and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties in other areas of the kitchen as assigned, including assisting with plating banquet events when needed.
