PT Customer Service Representative, Philadelphia, PA

About the role

pCare is a leading provider of interactive patient systems in the healthcare industry. We are seeking a customer service focused candidate to join our team as a Part Time Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities

• Help support our television and telephone programs in the hospital by providing front line service to patients and staff.
• Ensure the services we provide in the hospital meet their expectations.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting services.
• Familiarize customers with the use of our interactive system and its features.
• Replace defective equipment as needed.
• Be comfortable handling computer documentation including payment records.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred).

Physical/Health Requirements

• Must be able to lift 25lbs and climb a 6-foot ladder.
• Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings.
• Must be COVID-19 vaccinated.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay rate: $14.00 p/h.
• Joining bonus can earn up to $1k.

Schedule

• Shift: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm four weekdays, one weekend day required.
