Pay

Part‑Time: Starting at $11 per hour. Hourly increases occur at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year, based on the employee’s anniversary date.

Schedule

• Weekend opening: Saturday and Sunday, 6:45 am – 1 pm
• Weekday closing: 3 pm – 11 pm or 5 pm – 11 pm
• Coverage as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point‑of‑sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment
