About the role

Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold menu items using the grill, sauté station, salad-bar, and service line.
- Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to the menu cycle and standardized recipes.
- Taste and prepare food to assess quality and palatability.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Senior Living is preferred.
- Experience with production methods, portion control, and food handling safety is required.
- Great organizational skills are essential.
- Strong communication skills are necessary.
- Attention to detail and presentation of food products are required.
- Must be able to work weekends.
