About the role
Our seafood clerks play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves are stocked with high-quality, sustainable seafood. They also maintain merchandise cases and ensure products are properly weighed, prepared, labeled, and packaged.
Responsibilities
- Maintain merchandise cases
- Ensure products are properly weighed, prepared, labeled, and packaged
- Help customers in every way possible
- Assist in other tasks as needed
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to interact positively with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in retail or similar field preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer service orientation
Skills
- Knowledge of seafood products
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
