About the role
Responsible for managing a retail store, overseeing operations, customer service, and inventory management. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, merchandise displays, and inventory management.
- Manage staff schedules and performance, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage a team and lead employees effectively.
- Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations applicable to retail operations.
