About the role

Responsible for managing a retail store, overseeing operations, customer service, and inventory management. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, merchandise displays, and inventory management.
• Manage staff schedules and performance, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to manage a team and lead employees effectively.
• Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Schedule
