About the role

Responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and employee schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
  • Manage store staff, providing training and performance feedback.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in store events and community outreach programs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Skills

  • Customer service orientation.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.
