About the role

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Store Administrator to support our operations in Scarborough, ME.

Responsibilities

  • Manage store inventory levels and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability and quality control.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records related to store operations.
  • Support store management with administrative tasks and data entry.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Experience with point-of-sale systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management is beneficial.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer literacy.
