About the role
Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Store Administrator to support our operations in Scarborough, ME.
Responsibilities
- Manage store inventory levels and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability and quality control.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Prepare reports and maintain records related to store operations.
- Support store management with administrative tasks and data entry.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Experience with point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management is beneficial.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
