About the role

The primary responsibility of a Giant Pickup Clerk is to assist customers in picking up their orders efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting and bagging their grocery items.
  • Ensure all orders are accurate and complete before processing payment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner.
  • Operate cash registers and ensure proper handling of money and credit card transactions.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Valid driver’s license (if applicable).

Qualifications
