PT Clerk - Pharmacy - 2332

Who We Are

The Pharmacy Clerk provides front-end support to the pharmacy by assisting customers at the counter, processing transactions, and answering basic questions. This role helps maintain patient records, organize and stock supplies, and ensure the pharmacy area is clean and orderly. While clerks do not handle prescriptions directly, they play a key role in customer service by directing patients to the pharmacist or technician for clinical questions and supporting the overall efficiency of the pharmacy.

What You Will Do

• Greet patients, answer basic questions, and direct clinical inquiries to the pharmacist or technician.
• Process sales transactions, maintain records, and keep the pharmacy counter organized.
• Aid with supplies, monitor inventory levels, and ensure a clean, orderly work environment.
