About the role

Our meat clerks at Stop & Shop are responsible for selecting the best cuts of meat for customers and helping them find what they need. They also stock and maintain display cases and assist in packaging products.

Responsibilities

• Select and prepare meat products for customers
• Stock and maintain display cases
• Packaging products as needed
• Assist with other tasks as required

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a retail environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of food safety practices

Qualifications

Qualifications for this position include:

• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
