Operational Excellence

• Customer Service & Sales: Assist customers with deli orders, provide product information, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience.
• Food Preparation & Merchandising: Slice meats and cheeses, prepare deli items, stock displays, and maintain appealing product presentation.
• Safety & Sanitation: Follow all food safety guidelines, keep work areas clean, and properly handle, store, and label products.

What You Will Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Oral and written communication skills
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirements in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Fast-paced retail grocery store
• Frequent interaction with customers and team members
• May involve exposure to varying temperatures (e.g., near entrance or refrigerated areas)

Pay

The salary range is between $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
