About the role

Our deli clerks are responsible for maintaining deli cases, slicing up meats and cheeses, and preparing other products. They also offer expert advice to customers to help them find and prepare meals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deli cases and prepare products
• Slice meats and cheeses
• Offer meal options and product recommendations to customers
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or food service environment preferred
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
