Bake shop clerks are measured by their ability to serve customers. They delight customers with sweets and treats prepared and decorated especially for them, answer questions, and help customers find what they're looking for. They also maintain a freshly cleaned kitchen. This is a general overview; you may be asked to assist in other ways depending on store needs.
