PT Changeover Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assist with the oversight, training, and on‑shift supervision of Changeover staff and other staff as needed.
• Enforce administrative policies and procedures related to the building.
• Assist with the implementation, evaluation, and day‑to‑day operation of game‑day setup and tear‑down, including flooring, seating, tables, stages, ramps, etc.
• Perform seating, facilities, and event checklist inspections.
• Report issues to management as they arise.
• Assist with cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance.
• Follow safety precautions and emergency procedures.
• Attend all staff and committee meetings as assigned.
• Work weekends and game days as required.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience using hand tools preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to perform general labor.
• Effective communication with patrons, staff, and stakeholders.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Non‑smoking environment.
• Moderate to loud noise levels.
• Flexible hours for events occurring on weekends and evenings.
• Walking, standing, or working at events.
• Ability to traverse throughout the center.
• Ability to lift, move, and set up items weighing up to 75 lb.
