PT-CDL BUS OPERATORS

About the role

Jaunt is hiring part-time Bus Operators to provide safe and reliable transportation service to all passengers according to their varying needs. Operators maintain a cooperative attitude with fellow employees, supervisors, customers, and passengers, always promoting company goodwill.

Areas

• Charlottesville and surrounding areas
• Greene County
• Nelson County
• Buckingham County
• Charlottesville to Crozet (Commuter/Employment runs)

Schedule

Employment/Commuter Runs: Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, or Sunday–Thursday

Greene County: Monday–Friday

Shift times

• Employment/Commuter runs: Split shift – 6:00 AM–10:00 AM and 3:30 PM–8:00 PM
• Charlottesville & Albemarle County: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM or 11:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Greene County: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

Requirements

• CDL (A, B, or C) with Passenger endorsement
• No negative DMV driver points
• Excellent work history
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Desire to work with people
• Adherence to all Jaunt policies and procedures, including health and safety measures related to COVID-19
