PT Cashier/Stock Associate

Job Summary

Ellis Home and Garden in Beaumont, TX is now accepting applications for Cashiers/Stock Associate positions. This position will help operate our store on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

• Cashiers will greet customers, process transactions accurately, answer phone calls, and perform other assigned duties.
• The Stock Associate will assist customers throughout the store, stock and price merchandise, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Some college education is preferred.
• Lifting up to 50+ pounds periodically (for the Stock Associate).
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions periodically.
• Computer proficiency is required.
• Previous retail point of sale experience is preferred.
• Cash handling experience is required for the Cashier position.
• Must be available for Nights and Weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Pay

Starting pay is $12.00 per hour.
