PT Brand Ambassador
About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a customer-first mindset at all times.
- Understand and utilize sales objectives to meet or exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the team to uphold standards of excellence across all touchpoints of the brands' policies and procedures.
- Connect customers via the Polo Connect program, demonstrating passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
- Assist customers in the fitting rooms, providing guidance on sizing and maintaining store standards.
- Maintain store standards and policies on the sales floor and back-of-house areas.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities as required.
- Support operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), and other tasks as needed.
- Participate in company trainings including compliance, product, process, talent development, and company initiatives.
- Effectively balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience, ensuring the customer experience is always top priority.
- Provide necessary feedback to management on product feedback, category opportunities, or needs.
- Maintain store visual standards and use visual techniques and company guidelines.
Requirements
A retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred. Must possess strong communication skills, the ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately. Must also be able to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours, work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (as required).
