About the role

ABS Kids is seeking part-time BCBAs to join a company founded and led by BCBAs, where your voice matters, your expertise is respected, and your career can thrive.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services to help children with autism and their families thrive.
• Participate in sensory-friendly community events, Special Olympics, local partnerships, and other mission-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with passionate professionals and contribute to shaping programs and practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress—new graduates welcome).
• Dedication to ethical ABA practices and a passion for supporting children with autism and their families.
• Integrity, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.

Schedule

• Option for four 10-hour workdays per week.
• Most BCBAs finish their day between 5:00–5:30 PM.
• One work-from-home day per week if center-based.
