PT Bartender - Rail Stop Restaurant & Bar
About the role
We are seeking well-versed, beverage professionals to provide an elevated bar experience. This position is responsible for all aspects of bartending, as well as providing knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous service at the bar. The Bartenders will provide guests with detailed wine, beer, and cocktail descriptions and anticipate guest needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
- Provide detailed descriptions of wine, beer, and cocktail offerings to guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar area.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs in a timely and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
Requirements
- At least one (1) year of bartending experience in a Full-Service, Elevated Restaurant.
- A combination of previous Food & Beverage experience.
- TIPS certification required before starting work.
Pay
Base wage of $12/hr plus tips. Total compensation typically ranges between $25–$40/hr, calculated upon historical averages and seasonality.
Schedule
Part-time position; hours per week determined by availability.
