PT Assistant - Home Health

Duties

• Provide in-home therapy visits.
• Aid patients with prescribed physical therapy treatment plans.
• Support patients in improving mobility and functional abilities.
• Monitor patient progress during therapy visits.
• Communicate patient status and progress with the supervising Physical Therapist.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Ohio PTA license.
• Previous home health and HCHB experience.

Pay

$41.00/Hour *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
