About the role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Powerback Rehabilitation, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You will work in facility settings, reporting to the Director of Rehab, to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities. Your role involves addressing the whole patient, collaborating with peers, and making referrals to ensure comprehensive care. Powerback delivers an empowered approach to rehabilitation, focusing on patient-centered care to help individuals achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities tailored to patient needs.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Address the holistic needs of patients, treating them as individuals.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
• Ensure patients and their families receive high-quality service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $29.00 - USD $35.00 per hour.
