Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, and participate in CSA/GOA operations for contracted commercial flights and charter aircraft.
- Include passenger check-in, security screening, baggage transfers, aircraft deicing, cleaning, lavatory services, and aircraft power unit hookups.
- Direct and train assigned CSA/GOA Services Agents, including new employee training and ongoing in-service training.
- Maintain required training records.
- Implement departmental policy as directed for CSA/GOA Services operations.
- Advises the Manager/Supervisor on policy issues and develops more efficient methods of operations as needed.
- Coordinate CSA/GOA Services activities with air carrier personnel, station managers, and TSA representatives as required.
- Operate and train in various types of ground equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Ensure compliance with FAA and TSA security regulations, airline rules, and procedures.
- Prepare and submit verbal and written reports on ground service activities and Agents.
- Update Multi-User Flight Information Display System (MUFIDS) as required.
- Coordinate communications between the Airport, airline dispatch personnel, and flight captains.
- Handle other business-related responsibilities involving billing, payment data correction, supply ordering, and similar duties.
- Work varied hours, including swing and graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Physical Demands
- Bend, squat, kneel, walk, climb, reach from ground level to overhead.
- Grip objects.
- Push, pull, lift, and carry heavy objects (up to 75 pounds).
- Ascend to a height of 40 feet for deicing aircraft.
- Respond to audio transmitted information or alarms.
- Distinguish color for aircraft wingtip lights and aircraft instrument panel lights.
- Subject to constant and extreme noise, strong odors, fumes, and poor lighting due to working at night.
- Exposed to disease due to aircraft lavatory work.
Safety Requirements
- Must successfully pass a background investigation with a fingerprint-based criminal records check by Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 1542, and Airport Security.
- Safety-sensitive employees must pass periodic random drug testing as required in 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 40.
