PT ABA Therapist/RBT

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. This opportunity offers a fulfilling career helping individuals with developmental and behavioral differences thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, individualized behavior support based on behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Teach communication, social, and self-care skills, fostering independence and growth.
• Implement de-escalation strategies and maintain a safe environment during challenging situations.
• Collaborate with supervisors, teachers, and families to ensure cohesive support.
• Collect and manage data to track progress and refine interventions.

Qualifications

• Must be available afternoons starting around 3:00–3:30 PM, usually until about 6:30 PM.
• RBT certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification upon hiring.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral differences is a plus.
• Strong communication, patience, and ability to connect with clients and families.
• Flexibility to travel locally for sessions and work some evening cases as needed.
• Valid Driver's License (REQUIRED)
