About the role
We are seeking an independent contractor psychotherapist (LCSW / LMHC / LMFT) to join our outpatient clinic in Crystal River, FL. The role involves providing psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with diverse mental health conditions through both in-person and telehealth modalities.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions
- Deliver different modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers
- Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies
- Maintain documentation of services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Stay current with advancements in psychotherapy and counseling through continuing education and professional development
Requirements
- Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy
- Active Florida license (LCSW / LMHC / LMFT)
- Work experience in an outpatient setting preferred

Pay
$60-$70 per billable hour
Schedule
- Flexible working hours as an independent contractor
- Offices open Monday-Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments
- Option to provide telehealth services Friday-Sunday
- Option to work 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment
