Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC, a network of outpatient mental health clinics providing comprehensive, full-service mental health care in Florida through in-person and secure online telehealth visits. Our services include psychiatric/psychological evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy & counseling, and neuropsychological testing for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above.

About the role

We are seeking a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW / LMHC / LMFT) to join our team as an independent contractor in our Orlando, FL clinic. You will provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions
• Deliver different modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies
• Maintain documentation of services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Stay current with advancements in psychotherapy and counseling through continuing education and professional development

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy
• Active Florida license (LCSW / LMHC / LMFT)
• Work experience in an outpatient setting preferred

Pay

$60-$70 per billable hour

Schedule

• Flexible hours as an independent contractor
• Offices open Monday-Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments
• Availability to work via telemedicine Friday-Sunday
• Option to work 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment
