Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC, a network of outpatient mental health clinics providing comprehensive, full-service mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits. Our services include psychiatric/psychological evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy & counseling, and neuropsychological testing. We serve adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above, delivering individualized care with compassion and respect.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy
• Active Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
• Work experience in an outpatient setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide different modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services
• Conduct psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies
• Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Stay current with advancements in psychotherapy and counseling through continuing education and professional development

Pay

• Excellent base compensation
• Monthly productivity bonus
• Quarterly performance bonus
• Additional pay for extra days worked (up to $17,500 additional per year)
• Supervising provider responsibilities with additional compensation
• Potential to earn $75,000+ annually with a 40-hour work week
• Signing bonus of $5,000

Schedule

• Offices open Monday–Thursday
• Option of four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts per week
• Availability to work additional days via telemedicine for extra pay (Friday–Sunday)
• Option to work 50% telemedicine once productivity is achieved
